Maintaining Reserve Lists in Course Reserves
If your library has acquired the Course Reserves product, you can maintain course reserve lists (that is, groups of items that are required or recommended reading for courses). You can use the Course Reserves function to perform the following tasks:
- Add item and bibliographic records to courses. (Note that the system takes special action when you add a checked-out or held item to a course.)
- Change records' reserve status, or list records whose reserve status should change.
- Remove items and bibs from a course.
When you perform any of these tasks, the system prompts you to update the record's course reserve settings (unless you have defined settings for your session), then updates the records accordingly.
Depending on the optional products and features used at your library, you can also sort course reserve lists and delete scanned articles.
