Record Types Accessed by Searches
When you retrieve records, you enter search criteria. The application and function might impose additional search criteria. The record types that you can retrieve vary by application and function, so the following table identifies:
- Which functions retrieve which record types.
- Whether a function allows you to search an index and search an index subset.
- Whether a function allows you to limit a search.
