Editing the Coverage Table

Coverage Edit is available if your library has acquired one of the following products:
- ERM
- WebBridge
In Coverage Edit you edit the coverage data in the coverage table, which contains data about resources.
In Coverage Edit, you can:
- rename resources
- edit fields in titles
- suppress titles without deleting their coverage data
- delete resources
- delete titles
- protect fields in a resource when updating the coverage table from a file
To select multiple nonadjacent resources, hold down the Ctrl key and click the resource name.
To select multiple adjacent resources, hold down the Shift key and click the resource name.
Viewing Titles and Fields of Resources
To view the titles in a resource, double-click the resource name.
To choose the fields of the coverage table that are displayed for the titles, move options in the Available Values column to the Display Values column. Choose an option in a column and click the appropriate arrow to move it.
To select multiple nonadjacent titles, hold down the Ctrl key and click the title row.
To select multiple adjacent titles, hold down the Shift key and click the title row.
