Checking In an Item that Can Satisfy a Hold
When you check in an item that can satisfy a hold, the prompts displayed depend on:
- the item's owning location
- the checkin location
- the pickup location
- your library's enabled circulation options and features
For more information about checking in items with holds under different conditions, see the following:

Holds on Items Linked to Multiple Bibliographic Records
If an item is attached to multiple bibliographic records, the item will fill title-level holds only on the first attached bibliographic record. The system does not check the other attached bibliographic records for title-level holds.
