Priority Paging: Refuse Item Holds

Set this option to "YES" if you want Circulation to give you the option to refuse to fill an item-level or title-level hold with the item you are currently checking in. If you set this option to "NO," the system will, upon checkin of an item with a hold, attempt to fill the hold with that item.
