Working with Records Listed in a Review File

To access the list of records in a review file, you must be assigned permission 018 (Create lists). You also must be assigned permissions to view and manipulate the record types with which you want to work. Such permissions include 101 (View bibliographic records), 121 (View item records), 104 (Update bibliographic records), 124 (Update item records), and so forth.

If your library has the ownership function enabled, you must be the review file owner or a List Administrator (permission 186), or the file must be unowned, to work with the records in that review file. If you are not a List Administrator, you can only view, print, and copy a review file you do not own; you cannot alter the contents of the file. If you copy a review file, you can manipulate the copied data if you are assigned the appropriate permissions.

See Permissions Used by Sierra for more information.
