Sending Claims

When you claim late issues, each claim is written to the serial-claims-awaiting-processing file. After completing the claiming process, you can:

• Print claim letters
• Email claim letters

The information printed on the claim letters is determined by the Fields to print on Serial issue claim form Serials option. If your library has enabled this option, you can use Print Templates to print serial claims.
