Cancelling Holds

You can cancel holds in the following ways:

In the hold queue for a bibliographic, volume, or item record
In the Holds tab of a patron record
By clearing the holdshelf (expired holds only)

You can use the Batch Check-In function to remove circulation links (including holds and checkouts) from item records, so that you can delete the items.
