Viewing Financial Reports

To view funds and financial reports, you must be assigned permission 086 (Fund Reports). See Permissions Used by Sierra for more information.

In Sierra, you can view financial reports for individual funds and for hierarchies. Hierarchies are groups and subgroups of funds that you can create in Sierra. The system displays appropriations, expenditures, encumbrances, and free or cash balances for each group, subgroup, and fund in the report.

Sierra allows you to:

View the data for a fund or group of funds
Graph or chart a fund or group of funds
Print a financial report for a fund or a group of funds
Find funds that match your criteria
Compare funds
