Viewing Programs in the Calendar's List View
The list view of the Program Registration calendar displays, by default, a detailed list of the programs scheduled for the current month. For example:
In the calendar's list view, patrons can do the following:
- navigate to a specific month
- view a list of programs for the month
- view a list of programs for the day

Navigating to a Specific Month
To navigate in list view, patrons use the minicalendar grid in the top right-hand area of the screen. The minicalendar grid displays days on which programs are scheduled in boldface, and offers the following navigational tools, including the three-year navigational calendar:
Viewing the List of Programs for the Current Month
The calendar's list view by month displays a detailed list of the programs for the current month in order of scheduled occurrence. Each program description includes the following:

To access more information, patrons can do the following:
- To select a date on which to view programs in list view by day, patrons select a date on the minicalendar grid.
- To access more information about a program on the list, patrons choose the program name. The system displays the program display page in the WebPAC.
- To take a registration action, patrons choose the registration link displayed below the program description (e.g., 49 Seats Remaining or 10 on Waitlist).
If registration is not available (e.g., no registration is required), the registration link indicates the reason registration is not available. Patrons can choose the program name to view any additional information available on the program display page in the WebPAC.
Viewing the List of Programs for a Specific Day
To view a list of programs for a specific date, patrons select a date from the grid view of the calendar or from the minicalendar grid. The calendar displays the list view by day.
In the calendar's list view by day, the program information displayed and the information available to patrons are the same as for the list view by month.
