Variable-length Fields in Program Records

The following table describes the variable-length fields found in program records. Both the short label and default long label (if one exists) are shown.

ECOMM WARN or Ecommerce Warning	Text for the message that displays on the program_paywarn.html Web form. This form displays for programs where ecommerce is optional, and the user chooses the Pay Later option. If this field is empty, the system displays the following default message NOTE: If you do not pay online now with your credit card, you will be unable to pay online later. You must call or come into the library to pay as soon as possible or your registration may be cancelled.	w	organization	Maximum 10,000 characters	If you complete this registration without paying, you must pay the registration fees in person at a library branch prior to the start of the program.

IMAGE URL or Image URL	URL for the full-size image associated with a program. This image displays when a user clicks the thumbnail image. LOCATIONS	Appears if the LOCATION fixed-length field is multi. If multiple sections at different locations are attached to a program record and location code links have been updated—or if multiple locations are added directly to the LOCATION fixed-length field in the program record—the system does the following: displays "multi" in the LOCATION fixed-length field in the program record creates the LOCATIONS variable-length field displays the locations within the LOCATIONS variable-length field This field cannot be edited, but it can be changed by editing the LOCATION fixed-length field in the program record, or by editing the LOCATION fixed-length field in the section record and updating location code links on your system.	1	system	N/A	mnaud,mnrr ,nvid
