Using Record Properties in Searches

Some fields in Create Lists store record properties from your system's database. You can search on these fields just as you do with standard fixed-length and variable-length fields. In some cases, the fields duplicate data found in the standard fields.

  2. Specify a record type in the Type cell.
  3. Double-click the Field cell. The Select dialog box opens.
  4. Select the tab for the field type, such as Holds or Fines, that you want to search.
  5. Select the field you want, and then click OK.
