Holdings Record Property Fields
The property fields for holdings records appear in the Data Fields and Routing tabs. When you construct a query in the JSON editor, you use an ID to specify property fields.
Data Fields

| Box Status | 67201 | The status of a particular issue. |
| Cover Date | 67302 | The date of the issue as it appears on the piece. |
| Cover Date (Season) | 67202 | The date of the issue as it appears on a seasonal piece. |
| Trans Date | 67303 | The date of the last transaction; when the issue was checked in, sent to the bindery, or checked in from the bindery. |
| Claim | 67204 | The number of claim letters that have been sent for an issue. |
| Arr Copies | 67205 | The number of copies the library has received of a particular issue. |
| Box Note | 67206 | A holding record checkin box free text note (z subfield). |
| Card Status | 67207 | The status of the checkin card. |

Routing

| Routing Copy Num | 67009 | The copy number associated with the issue. |
| Routing Patron Routing | 67010 | Specifies whether the data uses patron numbers for routing. |
| Routing Priority Num | 67011 | An individual's priority in the routing list. |
| Routing File Code | 67012 | Route file code number for routing information that does not use patron numbers for routing. |
| Routing Initials | 67013 | Alphanumeric characters that identify the individual's routing record. |
