Claiming All Late Issues

The Claim All option appears only if the Show Claim All button in Claiming function option is selected on the Setup Tab.

It is possible to automatically find and claim all the late issues from all checkin records in a given range. It is not possible to add notes, however, when you choose to Claim All.

To claim all late issues from all checkin records within a range:

  1. Choose Claiming from the Function list.
  2. Enter a subset of records. The system searches this subset for claimable issues.
    1. From the drop-down menu, choose:
    2. Set the search parameters. For example, if searching a range of records, enter the first and last record number of the search range.
  3. Choose the Claim All button.

You can stop a search for claimable issues by selecting Cancel. If searching is cancelled, no issues are claimed.

  1. After all late issues in the record subset have been found, a dialog shows the number of records and checkin card boxes (issues) found. Choose OK to claim the issues. No issues are claimed if Cancel is chosen.
  2. Print or email claim letters.
