Statistics: Filled ILL Requests

When you generate ILL statistics for filled requests, the system displays the average time it takes your library to fill requests, broken down by the following criteria:

ISSN
The ISSN of the journal containing the requested article. When you select this criterion, the system also displays statistics by request type.
Month Requested
The month in which the request was entered or submitted.
Month Filled
The month in which the request was received.
Supplier
The name of the library or institution that supplied the request.
Borrower
The name of the patron who placed the request.
P TYPE
The P TYPE of the patron who placed the request.
PCODE
The PCODE1, PCODE2, and PCODE3 value of the patron who placed the request. A PCODE4 breakdown also displays if your library has acquired Consortium Management Extensions and enabled the PCODE4 field.

To calculate the number of days needed to fill a request, the system compares the date the request was acquired to the date it was received. For requests acquired via ARTEmail Direct Document Delivery, the system compares the date the request was entered or submitted to the date it was transmitted to ARTEmail.
