Statistics: Cancelled ILL Requests

The statistical report for the cancelled requests file consists of the following categories:

Month Requested: The total number of requests that were cancelled by month requested and by reason for cancellation.
Month Cancelled: The total number of requests that were cancelled by month cancelled and by reason for cancellation.
Borrower: The total number of requests cancelled for each requester.
P TYPE: The total number of requests cancelled by P TYPE of the requester.
PCODE: The total number of requests cancelled by PCODE. Note that the system only generates PCODE4 statistics if your library has acquired PCODE4 fields.
