Cancelling Bookings

You can cancel bookings using any of the following methods:

From the item record
From the patron record
From Bookings Maintenance
From Bookings Event Maintenance

You can view cancelled bookings in Bookings Maintenance.

Archiving Cancelled and Expired Bookings

Your library can specify how long Sierra should archive cancelled and expired bookings. For more information, see Setting Up the Product in Materials Booking.
