Cancelling Bookings from Bookings Maintenance

To cancel a booking or bookings while using the Bookings Maintenance function:

1. View the bookings in Bookings Maintenance.
2. Select the booking(s) you want to cancel from the table.
3. Choose the Cancel Bookings button or Cancel Booking from the right-mouse menu.
4. Respond to the cancellation prompts.

Note that Sierra enables the Cancel Bookings button only if you select bookings whose Status is Current.
