Creating an ArticleReach Borrowing and Lending Report

To create an ArticleReach Statistics – Borrowing & Lending report, you must be assigned permission 703 (ArticleReach Statistics Reports). See Permissions Used By Sierra for more information.

To create an ArticleReach Borrowing and Lending report:

  1. Choose Borrowing & Lending from the Function list. The system displays the Borrowing & Lending parameters panel.
  2. In the Date Range 1 and Date Range 2 panes:
    1. Enter a date in the Start Date text box. Alternatively, double-click the Start Date text box to open a Select Date dialog. The Select Date dialog enables you to choose the date you want on a calendar.

The start date cannot precede the first date on which statistics are available. The default start date displayed in the Date Range 1 pane is the first day of the previous month. The default start date displayed in the Date Range 2 pane is the first day of the fiscal year.

You can set the default fiscal year start date by login in the ArticleReach tab.

    2. Enter a date in the End Date text box. Alternatively, double-click the End Date text box to open a Select Date dialog. The Select Date dialog enables you to choose the date you want on a calendar.

The default end date displayed in the Date Range 1 and Date Range 2 panes is the last day of the previous month.
  3. Choose the Submit button. The system checks that the dates you enter are valid. Valid dates are chronologically consistent (that is, the Start Date precedes the End Date).
