Library Name
The Library Name file contains the name of the library. The maximum length of the library name is 50 characters. The library name appears in the following places in the system:
Sierra Desktop Application
Circulation and Interlibrary Loan
- On receipts when collecting money owed
- In the "from" line of an Interlibrary Loan Acquire letter, either printed or emailed
- (Optional) On printed or emailed due slips created with print templates
- (Sierra 5.2 and later) As the display name in "From" and "Reply-To" email headers for the following:
- Circulation notices (if email information is not configured in the Branch Addresses table)
- Due slips (in both the Sierra Desktop Application and Express Lane)

- In the title bar of Sierra Desktop windows
WebPAC
- In the browser window Title Bar in WebPAC
- In the You are logged in as system message WebPAC displays based on the setting of the LOGGEDIN_MSG Web option
Editing the Library Name File
- In the Select file drop-down menu of the ASAA function, choose Library Name and then Select.
- Double-click the NAME field, enter the library name in the Edit window, and select OK.
- Select the Save tool to save your changes.
The system automatically restarts all WebPAC servers running on your Innovative machine(s) after you save your changes.
