ILL Email Messages
ILL enables you to email messages to requesting patrons and supplying institutions. The system automatically formats these messages with information from the requesting patron record or the supplier's institutional patron record. If you find information in a message to be inaccurate, you must edit the fields in the patron record, request, or institutional patron record directly. After you update the information, you can generate a new message.
