Merging Review Files

To merge review files, you must be assigned permission 018 (Create lists). See Permissions Used by Sierra for more information.

  1. Choose Create Lists from the Function list.
  2. Choose one of the two review files that you want to merge by selecting its row.
  3. Choose Tools | Append or the Append tool. Create Lists displays the Boolean Search window.
  4. Choose Review from the Range drop-down list and select the review file you want to merge into the current review file.
  5. Choose the Search button.
  6. Choose Yes.
  7. (Optional) Remove duplicate records.
