Analyzing Resources

Your resource providers can collect and make available statistics for resources licensed by your library. These statistics enable you to:

• learn more about your patrons' online usage patterns
• compare statistics between different resource providers

You can import these statistics into ERM—either manually or automatically— and you can delete them from the system when you no longer need them.

Once you've imported the statistics, ERM enables you to analyze coverage and usage for resources and titles. Analysis tools include:

• title overlap reports
• usage detail reports
• usage summary reports
• usage statistics exports
