By default, Sierra offers users the option to cancel INN-Reach holds with re-request when checking out an item to a local patron. If you want to disable this option, contact Innovative. In addition, your library can customize the cancellation message that INN-Reach reports to the patron if it cannot identify an item for re-request. Contact Innovative to customize this message.
