Predefined Broadcast Email Text Table

The Predefined Broadcast Email Text table enables library staff to create subject lines and body text for staff-generated emails to patrons registered or waitlisted for a program. For information on configuring and sending broadcast email messages, see Sending Broadcast Emails to Patrons.

Functionality Information

Maximum Entries: The table can include up to 512 entries.
Internationalization: The Email Subject and Email Text data elements include text boxes for each language recognized by multilingual systems.

Data Elements

Entries in the Predefined Broadcast Email Text table contain the following data elements:

Element	Description
Email Subject	The subject line of the broadcast email. This line is limited to 21 characters.
Email Text	The text that appears in the body of the broadcast email. The content is limited to 15 lines with no more than 76 characters per line. This text can also be modified during the process of sending a broadcast email to registered or waitlisted patrons.
