Central Loan Rules Table

In conjunction with the Central Loan Rule Determiner Table, the Loan Rules Table on the INN-Reach Central Server controls whether a patron with a given central P TYPE can request an item with a given central I TYPE via INN-Reach circulation. The INN-Reach Central Server can store up to 1000 different loan rules to govern INN-Reach circulation. However, the system only needs two rules—one to indicate that an item may be borrowed, and one to indicate that an item may not be borrowed.

Note that the Central Loan Rules Table is not used to determine the due date of an INN-Reach item. Instead, the due date is determined by loan rules on the Local Servers.
