Viewing Course Reserves in the Full Record Display
If your library uses the Course Reserves product, you can configure WebPAC Pro to display course reserves information in the full record display. When WebPAC Pro retrieves a bibliographic record, the system checks whether the bibliographic record or any of its attached item records are on reserve and have an active status. If so, the system displays the associated course reserves information in a table. For example:
Setting Up the Course Reserves Table
To set up the course reserves table in the full record display, do the following.
- Add the <!--{ifhascoursereserves}-->, <!--{coursereserves}-->, and <!--{xif}--> token block to the Bibliographic Record Display Form.Note that Innovative recommends placing these tokens directly after the <!--{items}--> token for display purposes.
- Using the Record Display Definition File, define the column labels you want to use for the course reserves table. For example:
