Adding 86x Fields

1. Using the Advanced Mode of the Holdings editor, choose the appropriate tab to edit data for issues, supplements, or indexes.
2. Select an 85x field in the upper portion of the screen.
3. Choose Add Range to add an 86x field under the selected 85x field.
4. Edit the field in the Selected Range area.
5. Choose Apply Changes to save your changes. Choose Reset to display the original values as they appeared prior to your changes. Note that you cannot reset the values after choosing the Apply Changes button.
