Performing Circulation Functions with Circa
Circa products enable you to use your wireless device (e.g., a PDA, smartphone, or RFID wand) to access some circulation functions while you are away from a PC.
Internet Access Required
The wireless device you use with your Circa product must be able to access the Internet.
The Circa products include the following:
- Circa Wireless Inventory (barcode) enables you to process items one barcode at a time in the following functions:
- Inventory Control
- Shelflist
- Circa Wireless Assistant (barcode) enables you to process items one barcode at a time in the following functions:
- Count Internal Use
- Rapid Update
- Check Out
- Check In
- Circa Wireless Inventory (RFID) enables you to use RFID technology to process multiple barcodes in the following functions:
- Inventory Control
- Shelflist
- Circa Wireless Assistant (RFID) enables you to use RFID technology to process multiple barcodes in the following functions:
- Rapid Update
- Check In
