Possible Messages (Using Circulation Notices)

This section describes some of the messages that might display when you use circulation notices.

Clear all <print method> notices?
The system printed or sent the specified notices. To clear these notices, click Yes. To continue without clearing these notices, click No.
A file save or email printer must be selected.
You chose the Enabled option, but did not select a file save or email printer.
A file save printer must be selected.
You selected the Enabled and Send via FTP options, but did not select a file save printer.
A network printer must be selected to proceed.
You must use a system printer to print the notices.
Are you sure you want to move all email notices to the print queue?
Are you sure you want to move all telephone notices to the print queue?
You clicked Move to Print Queue. To move the notices to the print queue, click Yes. To continue without moving the notices to the print queue, click No.
Cannot email to all patrons, move to print file.
The system was unable to send all the selected email notices. To move the notices that could not be sent to the print queue, click Move to Print Queue.
Cannot prepare notices. Assign a Print Template to continue.
If your library uses Sierra SMS for a specific notice type, you must select a print template for the corresponding notice job.
Cannot prepare notices. Selected location(s) in use.
Another user is currently preparing the same type of notices. Click OK.
There are no notices to send.
There are no notices of this type to send or another user is currently printing the selected notices. Try generating these notices again later.
Where possible, replacement charges for items have been generated. Prepare bills to send those notices.
The system ran the overdue notices job for the highest level of overdue notice, and found that there are no overdue notices at the highest level. (See Max Number of Odues for more information on overdue notice levels.) The system added bills for replacement charges if it found patron records which met the billing criteria. You can prepare and send bill notices via the bills notice jobs. Note that you must prepare the highest level of overdue notices before you are able to send bills for that level, even if there are no overdue notices created as a result of the overdue notice job.
