Integrating i-tiva Telephone Notification and Renewal Services with Circulation

To acquire a TALKINGTECH i-tiva product, contact Innovative. i-tiva utilizes the SIP2 Circulation Interface communicating over port 5550 for notification and renewal services.

TALKINGTECH's i-tiva MESSAGE product enables Sierra to deliver hold pickup and overdue notices by phone. The i-tiva CONNECT product enables patrons to renew items by phone using an automated voice messaging system. These products, respectively, are alternatives to Innovative's Teleforms and Telephone Renewal System products.

i-tiva uses the TNS Location Map file to associate hold pickup location codes with i-tiva message profiles.
