Creating Predefined Texts for ILL Notifications

When setting up ILL, you can create predefined texts to use in ILL notifications. The system enables you to choose among predefined texts when you send a message from ILL (for example, when cancelling an ILL request or sending a notification to a supplier), instead of composing a message from scratch.

To create a predefined text for ILL notifications, add an entry to the Text of Circulation Notices table. The entry's Notice Type element must begin with the word illmsg.
