Storing Patron Images Internally

If your library has acquired the Internal Patron Images product, you can capture patron photographs and display them in patron records.

To set up internal patron images:

Acquire and install your Axis network camera. You can use other web cameras with your system, but Innovative cannot advise you on how to set them up.
Set up your system's camera options.
Enable the Show patron photo Patron Display option for each login you want to allow to view or take patron photographs.

When you have finished setting up internal patron images, you can use your camera to take a patron's picture.

When you delete a patron record, the system also deletes the internally-stored image associated with that patron.
