Creating Selection Lists
The Acquisitions Department can enter or download bibliographic and order records for titles under consideration. The associated order records must have an order STATUS of '1' ("Under Consideration" or "On Hold" - i.e., no firm decision to purchase has been made).
After bibliographic and order records have been created, you can use the Create Lists function to create a review file of the titles under consideration.
Adding Records to an Existing Selection List
To add more order records to an existing selection list, use the Create Lists function to add records to a review file. The additional order records should have a STATUS of '1'.
