Initialize scope to funds, Initialize scope to locations, and Pending Tag
These options enable aspects of the Selection Lists feature.
Initialize scope to funds and Initialize scope to locations allow a list of Preferred Funds and Preferred Locations to be associated with a login, thus limiting the funds and locations that staff can assign to requested copies in selection lists.
Pending Tag defines the tag for the TLOC value that means "pending." The option is used when the library changes the location of a selection list title to pending.
Note
Before setting the Pending Tag option, check the valid values for TLOC with the Fixed-length Codes File option.
Do not duplicate an existing TLOC value when entering the Pending Tag value.
