Setting the Temporary Location to Pending

To set the temporary location of a selection list title to pending:

1. Choose Selection List from the Function drop-down list.
2. Check that the Pending code is enabled on your system. If it is enabled, the Pending button displays to the left of the On Order button. If the button does not display on your system, you must first call Innovative to request that they set up the Pending code.
3. Choose the subset of records to search; review file searches are the most commonly used for selection lists. The system displays only order records with a STATUS of '1' in the resulting list of titles.
4. Choose the row(s) of the order record(s) whose temporary location you want to change.
5. Select the Pending button. The TLOC field is automatically updated with the code for pending.
