My Favorite Databases Patron Verification Form

This form controls the display of the verification screen authorizing users to save their Research Pro databases groupings in the WebPAC. If this file exists, the system uses it rather than the default display. This file uses the same tokens as the View Your Own Record Patron Verification Form (pverify_web.html).

You can create separate custom forms for each combination of language and scope by using the following naming convention:

pverify_mffavs_LANG_s#.html
