Contact Record Display

To work with contact records, you must be assigned the following permissions:

  • 231 (View Contact records)
  • 232 (Create Contact records)
  • 234 (Update Contact records)
  • 235 (Delete Contact records)

In Sierra, the Contacts function allows you to display contact records. When you highlight a contact record in a browse display, the application displays contact record information in the top portion of the window; contact Innovative if you would like to change which fields display on your system.

When you view or edit a contact record, Sierra displays the variable-length fields in the window.
