Working with Title Paging Lists in Mobile Worklists

You must have Title Priority Paging enabled and be on Sierra 5.1 or higher to use title paging lists with Mobile Worklists. Additionally, the login you use to access Mobile Worklists must have a Locations Served setting.

Priority paging is available in Mobile Worklists for libraries using Sierra 5.2 or higher.

If your library uses title paging lists, you can use Mobile Worklists to do the following:

Viewing the Title Paging List

You can select the title paging list on the Home screen to see the item entries for the title paging list. As you scroll through the list and view item entries, your place in the list is saved. When you return to the same list after going to a different screen or signing out of Mobile Worklists, the list displays the last item viewed.

The items on the title paging list appear in the order set in Sierra, which is typically by call number. When you delete items from the list, the remaining items are sorted according to the rules you set up.

The title paging list will default to priority paging for libraries on Sierra 5.2 or newer.

Filtering the Title Paging List by Shelf Location

You can restrict the display of items on the title paging list to those from a given shelf location at your home library’s location.

To filter the title paging list by location:

  1. From the Home screen, tap Title Paging List to see the items in the list.
  2. Tap the library name at the top of the list. A list of shelf locations appears.

  5. From the list of locations, tap the shelf location name at the top. The title paging list is displayed showing all items belonging to that branch.
