Receiving Patron Suggestions

Your library can offer users the ability to submit suggestions by including a /suggest command link any HTML page in your WebPAC. When the user selects this link, the WebPAC displays the patron suggestions form. For example:

Users can submit suggestions up to 420 characters.

You can customize this form by creating or editing your suggest_web.html form.

Library staff can read the suggestions by selecting the Patron Suggestions option in the Admin App.
