Setting Up KidsOnline

To set up KidsOnline, edit your Web options and your Picture-It! HTML files.

Web Options

Once you have acquired KidsOnline, configure your Web options, as needed.

1. In the Web Options function, select the appropriate group to modify.
2. Modify your Web options in your kidsstaging directory, as needed.

   Staff Options

   The Staff options settings in your KidsOnline Web options must match the Staff options settings in your main WebPAC.

3. Review your changes in your staging WebPAC. When the preview reflects the changes you want, use the Web Options function to move them to your kidslive directory.
4. Save your changes and restart the WebPAC.

Modifying KidsOnline Picture-It! Files

KidsOnline is installed using two directories: kidslive and kidsstaging.

To customize the display of your KidsOnline forms, complete the following steps.

1. Using the Web Master function, edit your KidsOnline files in the kidsstaging directory, as needed.
2. Save your changes, restart the KidsOnline Staging WebPAC and review your changes.
3. Once your staging pages are ready, use the Web Master function to move the files to your kidslive directory.
4. Save your changes and restart the WebPAC.
