Restarting the Web Server
To view changes to data that is cached, you must restart the Web server. For example, changes to Web options cannot be viewed until the Web server is restarted.
To restart the Web server, restart all WebPAC and Proxy Server processes. It will not be possible for you to distinguish, for example, between staging and live processes or between processes serving different character sets.
To restart the Web server:
- Access the Web Options function.
- Select the Web Options group from the Select a File drop down list for the port you need to restart (typically port 80,443 for your live WebPAC and port 2082,444 for your staging WebPAC.
- Click Restart.
