Viewing a Patron's INN-Reach Items

To view a patron's INN-Reach items:

  1. Retrieve the patron's record. If a patron has INN-Reach items ready for pickup, the system displays a warning message:

    2 INN-Reach items ready for pickup

    Choose OK to clear this message.
  2. Proceed as appropriate:
    • Choose the INN-Reach tab to view all of the patron's INN-Reach items, regardless of item STATUS. Note that items with a '%' (RETURNED) or ')' (CANCELLED) display in this tab only.
    • Choose the Holds tab to view items with a STATUS of '&' (REQUESTED), '_' (RE-REQUESTED), 't' (IN TRANSIT), or '#' (RECEIVED).
    • Choose the Checked-Out Items tab to view items with a STATUS of '-' (CHECKED OUT).
