Viewing a Patron's INN-Reach Items
To view a patron's INN-Reach items:
- Retrieve the patron's record. If a patron has INN-Reach items ready for pickup, the system displays a warning message:

Choose OK to clear this message. - Proceed as appropriate:
- Choose the INN-Reach tab to view all of the patron's INN-Reach items, regardless of item STATUS. Note that items with a '%' (RETURNED) or ')' (CANCELLED) display in this tab only.
- Choose the Holds tab to view items with a STATUS of '&' (REQUESTED), '_' (RE-REQUESTED), 't' (IN TRANSIT), or '#' (RECEIVED).
- Choose the Checked-Out Items tab to view items with a STATUS of '-' (CHECKED OUT).
