Filling a Request Using ArticleReach e-Delivery Integration

If your ArticleReach System has acquired the ArticleReach e-Delivery Integration Service, you can fill an ArticleReach request as follows:

View the request to obtain necessary information for transmission parameters.
If your site has enabled a PDF writer as a printer, you can produce PDF versions of the ArticleReach paging slips. It can be helpful to use the electronic versions of the paging slips as cover sheets for the electronic versions of the requested articles.
Use the Dropbox document transmission software on a local PC to generate and/or transmit an electronic version of the document.

Using DropBox to Fill a Request

Perform the following steps on your local PC:

Log in to DropBox if you have not already done so.
Generate a TIFF, JPEG, or PDF version of the requested document using software of your choice. Note that you must use the ArticleReach Request ID as the filename (for example, 10635.pdf) in order for the system to update the appropriate ArticleReach request.
Copy and paste (or drag) the document to the ArticleReach Dropbox folder. Dropbox automatically synchronizes the contents of your folder and the folder on the Receiving Station.

When ArticleReach e-Delivery Integration has processed files submitted via Dropbox, it automatically removes them from the Dropbox folder.
