Availability of the Affiliation Menu

The Affiliation menu displays only if your site has acquired the version of Electronic Resource Management (ERM), WebBridge, Pathfinder Pro, or WebBridge LR intended for use by consortia. For information on acquiring this product, contact Innovative.

For libraries that have acquired the version of Electronic Resource Management (ERM), WebBridge, Pathfinder Pro, or WebBridge LR intended for use by consortia, the Affiliation menu displays as an option.

In the consortium version of ERM, WebBridge, Pathfinder Pro, and WebBridge LR, each library has separate coverage tables. The Affiliation menu enables you to associate logins with coverage tables. Use the Coverage DB to associate with login drop-down menu to choose the code for the coverage table to associate with this login.
