Requesting Journal Articles in WebPAC

Set the REQUEST_ARTICLE_IFCHKIN Web option to prompt users for specific journal article information when requesting an item with attached checkin records in WebPAC.

If this option is set to "YES", WebPAC allows patrons to place requests for journal articles (checkin records).

If this option is set to "NO", WebPAC does not offer patrons the ability to request journal articles.
