Teleforms History: number of days to save patron information
This option determines the number of days the system retains telephone notification history for overdue items and held items ready for pickup. You can set this value from 1 to 365. If you set this value to 0 (zero), the system does not retain telephone notification history.
Recommended Setting
Innovative recommends setting this option to 14 days or fewer. Larger numbers can result in problems due to an overly large telephone notification history database.
