Check-out: Display patron address

This option determines whether the system displays patron contact information when a patron record is retrieved for any circulation function (not just checkout).

If this option is set to "YES", the system displays the information in the patron record's ADDRESS and TELEPHONE fields when you retrieve a patron record. If this option is set to "NO," the system does not display patron address and telephone information when you retrieve a patron record.

To suppress the display of these fields on hold slips, contact Innovative.

Display Patron Contact Information for Items on the Holdshelf

If your library has the Display Patron Contact Information for Items on Holdshelf feature set to "Print Fields" or "Display and Print Fields," Circulation prints the TELEPHONE field (as well as the EMAIL field) on hold slips, even if Check-out: Display patron address option is set to "NO."
