License record status field and active value

This option specifies the license record from which to take fields for display in the resource record table of the WebOPAC full record display.

Multiple license records can be attached to a resource record. To determine which license record contains the fields which the system displays in the WebOPAC, the system checks the setting of this option. The system uses the first license record that has a STATUS field matching the field number and containing the value.

The option has the format:

<STATUS field number>,<value>:<STATUS field number>,<value>

To set the option:

1. Enter the number of the STATUS field in the license record to be used.
2. Enter the value the STATUS field must contain for the license record to be used.
3. Separate the field number and value with a comma.
4. To enter additional STATUS field numbers and values (in case, for example, no records match the first number and value), use a colon to separate each <STATUS field number>,<value> entry.
