Selector Tag

This option is part of the Recommendations feature. With Recommendations, you can review and order titles suggested by regular patrons or by authorized selectors.

The Selector Tag option specifies the tag to use for the Selector variable-length field in order records. If the Selector Tag option isn't set, Acquisitions does not add the Selector field to the order record.

The value specified in this option must match the tag that your library defined for the Selector field when the system was initially installed. See Variable-length Field Names Table to determine the Selector field tag.
